Goth Kittens

Ya know what pisses me off? I read today that this woman in Pennsylvania had these kittens for sale where she peirced their ears and listed them as 'goth' kittens. She was arrested for animal cruelty and abuse. Well, what is the difference from someone having their puppys ears clipped off and their tails chopped off and that's ok? Also what about parents that peirce their babies ears? What about that? I really don't understand some laws in this country. I don't see the problem with any of this. But arresting her? Now cruelty and abuse is when you starve them and beat them. PEOPLE PLEASE!!
