Asian Grandmother, Arsehole.

Well. My grandmother has an annoying pattern.

First, she tells me to do some random unneeded chore when I'm BUSIEST.
I say no. A simple "no". It's not even in a 'tone' or anything.
Then she starts yelling at me and tells me to do something retarded. Example dialogue below.

"Go do ________." She says, or rather... it's more of a demand.
"No." I reply.
"GO TAKE A SHOWER." She yells at me, more pissed off than she needs to be.
"I just took one like 2 hours ago, no." I reply, still calm.
"GO TAKE IT!" Again, she yells.
"Che." I start walking to my room, ignoring her now.

She's so asian and annoying, and no she's not an in law. I think I have the right to be slightly racist if I'm asian too. It's so annoying and she blows a fuse way to quickly. Hell, she also obsesses over my size. More dialogue below.

"You are so puny and skinny. Eat more." She states.
"But I'm not hungry." I reply, calmly like normal.
"EAT. YOU NEED TO GROW STILL. YOU'RE TOO SMALL FOR YOUR AGE."
"But I'm not hungry." Again, calm reply.
"KJHGSDJHGSFJHGRSJKD." <- Pretend it's some cantonese phrase please.
"Che." And I retreat to my room, yet again.

What she fails to understand is that both herself and my mother were small. SMALL. How is binge-eating going to solve that. I'm currently almost as tall as my mother already. Perhaps just short a few centimeters. Do asian minds try to surpass logic and science? Perhaps. I probably unknowingly do that. Possibly. I hope I don't become that 'crazy-old-asian-lady' when I grow older.

This has been a long, and possibly interesting rant.

P.S. I am a halfer, but still.

You could tell your Mum to tell her that you're natural build is skinny, and to stop telling you to do uncessery chores, but I guess you've already done this, so you'll just have to be tolerant and put up with her. Relatives can be a pain, I know.
