junkyard neighbor

I have this neighbor that uses his yard as a junk car lot. There are between 8-12 cars and trucks parked all over the place. Some haven't moved in years. Junk pieces of shit that he claims he is working on. This man has no regular job but works on these pieces of crap for money. Now I am cordial to the guy but his yard really looks terrible. Weeds everywhere, not much grass to speak of, mostly dirt. Oh yea and a beat up RV from 1965. Not only that, he has these damn junkyard dogs that are mean as hell. I guess they are there to protect his junk. I'm thinking of moving.
