There are these investors negotiating deals with mortgage lenders to sell to them for a fixed price. Usually less than whats owed. A contract is signed that gives the investor first rights to purchase the property. The investor then finds a buyer willing to buy the house for more than the amount the lender agreed upon with the investor. Follow me so far? Aparently last August a young mother left her nine month old baby alone in the bathtub while she was in the living room buying or discussing drugs with her neighbor and the baby drowned.I didnt hear about this when it happened Im just hearing about the trial. They said the baby was under water for a total of 20 minutes before the mom came back into the bathroom ( if i remember correctly.) I dont even know what to say about this. ...
