This drives me crazy because there are signs that you are coming up on a toll booth and people know when they are on a toll road. You have the cruise set and catch up to a vehicle in the right lane, then you move over to cruise past and most of the time they speed up and match your speed or go faster than you. I was driving down a 3 lane road going about 45 mph and all of a sudden a car backs out of its driveway right in my lane and i couldnt change lanes because there were cars in the other lanes so i had to slam on my brakes and wait because not only were they pulling out of their drive way they stopped traffic so another car could also back out.
